In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 1,322 people received targeted material assistance in connection with the hurricane. The total amount of payments amounted to 19.3 million rubles, the governor’s press service said.
The head of the region, Mikhail Kotyukov, held a meeting with the heads of territories and specialized services on the situation with fires and floods. During the meeting, he focused on the need for an early elimination of the consequences of a hurricane wind, which on April 5 especially affected the central and southern regions of the region. Then gusts of winds up to 30 meters per second torn roofs from high -rise buildings and social objects. Now work on the restoration of damaged social facilities and residential buildings is in full swing. The consequences of the elements are eliminated by specially formed brigades.
According to the Central Siberian Directorate for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring, in the coming days, winds with gusts of up to 25 meters per second are expected in the coming and southern regions of the region, which may strengthen the danger of rapid spread of fire in the event of fires. Responsible departments report that in the south of the region a grouping of forest -fire formations is seriously strengthened by the transfer of forces from the northern territories. Maximum forces and means are involved in monitoring, including special equipment, aviation, drones and video cameras.
“If the fire happened through the fault of a person, I remind you: his surname, name and patronymic must be established and he must be punished. Information about this needs to be promptly publicly publicized so that everyone understands that the perpetrators in the occurrence of fires are held accountable, and the responsibility is serious, ”said Mikhail Kotyukov.
At the same time, the situation with the floods is stable. In the regions of the region, where the rivers have not yet been cleansed from ice, explosive and icebreaking work continues. In case of complication of the situation, the necessary supply of resources was created.
Recall that for violation of fire safety requirements in the conditions of a special fire regime, administrative liability in the form of fines is provided: for citizens from 10 to 20 thousand rubles, for officials from 30 to 60 thousand rubles and for legal entities from 400 to 800 thousand rubles. In the case of major damage, as well as harm to human health, criminal punishment may be followed.
