Dnieper
From under the rubble of a house in the Dnieper, which the Russians struck that night, rescuers rescued four dead, said the head of the regional military administration, Alexander Ganzha.
27 people were injured. Among them are two children – a nine-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl.
Emergency services continue to clear the rubble. The search for people is still underway.
As Klimenko added, there is information about several people who do not get in touch.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, more than 30 residents of the house were rescued.
Also, the drone that hit one of the houses did not explode. Police evacuated about 100 residents of the high-rise building. Police explosives experts seized a warhead that was in the apartment.
Preliminarily, as a result of the shelling, 21 people were injured, including a nine-year-old boy, the regional prosecutor's office reported.
According to OVA, the Russian army attacked the Dnieper for more than 10 hours.
Chernihiv region
Also, two people died as a result of a combined Russian strike on the Chernigov region. According to the head of the OVA, Vyacheslav Chaus, seven victims are now known.
The Russian army, in particular, attacked Nizhyn, presumably with a ballistic missile and Geranium drones.
In the Gorodnyanskaya community, dozens of private houses were damaged as a result of drone attacks. A drone attacked a hospital in Semenovka: a medical facility and a boiler room on the territory were damaged.
In the Snovskaya community, hits were recorded on residential buildings, as a result of which houses, outbuildings and a car caught fire.
Kharkov
In the city there are hits in the Saltovsky, Kievsky, Shevchenkovsky and Nemyshlyansky districts, said Mayor Igor Terekhov.
According to the head of the Kharkov Regional Police Oleg Sinegubov, in the Nemyshlyansky district, a drone hit a two-story private house. A 54-year-old man and a 1.5-year-old boy were injured.
“The child suffered an acute stress reaction. Doctors provided all the necessary assistance,” he wrote.
According to Terekhov, the transport infrastructure in the Kiev region was damaged – in particular, a public transport stop was destroyed. The gas pipeline was also damaged.
Odessa region
Russian troops massively attacked the region with strike drones, two people were injured, said the head of the OVA Oleg Kiper.
As a result of the hits, private residential buildings and cars were damaged and destroyed, and port infrastructure facilities were also damaged.
The UAV targeted a ship flying the flag of Panama, which was leaving a port in the region, said Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction of Ukraine Alexey Kuleba. According to him, there was a fire on board. The crew put out the fire independently and there were no casualties.
Kyiv region
The Russians attacked the region with drones and missiles, but there were no casualties, said Nikolai Kalashnik, head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.
According to him, critical infrastructure facilities, warehouses and production facilities were damaged in the Belotserkovsky district. The Russian army also damaged the premises and special equipment of the emergency rescue team of the State Emergency Service.
In Bila Tserkva, the fall of enemy targets was recorded. There was a fire and heavy smoke. Secretary of the Bila Tserkva City Council Vladimir Vovkotrub asked residents to close their windows and limit their stay on the street.
Zaporozhye region
In the regional center, one of the Russian strikes fell on the territory of an educational institution, said the head of the OBA, Ivan Fedorov. The façade of the building was damaged by the blast wave and shrapnel, and windows were broken. Preliminarily, there were no casualties, Fedorov added.
According to him, territorial communities of the region were also targeted.
In one of the settlements, a residential building was damaged: the roof was destroyed, windows were broken, and Internet communication lines were cut.
In addition, a fire broke out in the utility rooms. There is no information about casualties.
Nikolaev region
As a result of a massive overnight attack, a power line in the Nikolaev region was damaged. Six settlements are currently without power.
“Electricians are already carrying out restoration work. There are no casualties,” wrote the head of the OVA, Vitaly Kim.
Information from the Air Force
According to the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the Russian army launched 47 missiles and 619 drones into Ukraine at night:
- 12 Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles;
- 29 Kh-101 cruise missiles;
- one Iskander-K cruise missile;
- five Kalibr cruise missiles;
- 619 attack drones. About 400 of them are Shahed.
As of 8.00, the air defense had shot down/neutralized 30 missiles and 580 drones of various types:
- 26 Kh-101 cruise missiles;
- four Kalibr cruise missiles;
- 580 UAVs of various types.
“13 missiles and 36 attack UAVs were hit at 23 locations, as well as the fall of downed UAVs (debris) at nine locations. Information about four missiles is being clarified; no data on hits has been received,” the message says.
Zelensky's reaction
As Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky pointed out, more than 30 wounded are currently known throughout Ukraine. The most difficult situation is in the Dnieper, where a rescue operation is ongoing at the site of a destroyed residential building.
He emphasized that the Russian Federation’s tactics remain unchanged: combined strikes with drones, cruise missiles and a large amount of ballistics. The main targets were conventional infrastructure, in particular residential buildings, energy facilities and civilian enterprises.
Each such strike, according to the president, is a signal to allies about the critical need to strengthen the Ukrainian sky. He expressed gratitude for the results of the meetings in Cyprus, where additional contributions to the PURL program were agreed upon.
Zelensky emphasized the importance of the speedy implementation of political decisions of European countries on the transfer of additional air defense assets.
He paid special attention to the economic pressure on the Russian Federation. He said that Ukraine is already conducting a dialogue with the EU team to develop the 21st package of sanctions.
“The pause due to the blocking of the 20th package gave the aggressor additional time to adapt – it is important to counteract this,” the president wrote.
