These balls are incredibly tasty, with a soft texture and a light chocolate aroma. Prepared without sugar, without flour and without oven, only from natural and lean ingredients. And most importantly, they look like an exquisite delicacy, although they are made in half an hour.
Ingredients:
Pitted dates – 200 g
Walnuts – 50 g
Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp. spoons
Oatmeal – 3 tbsp. spoons
Coconut flakes or cocoa for sprinkling – optional
How to cook:
- Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes to soften them.
- Drain the water and grind the dates in a blender to a paste.
- Add nuts, cocoa and oatmeal, beat until smooth.
- If the mixture is too sticky, add a little more oatmeal.
- Wet your hands with water and roll into small balls the size of a walnut.
- Roll each ball in coconut or cocoa powder.
- Place in the refrigerator for 15 or 20 minutes to allow the dessert to set.
- Serve on a beautiful saucer with berries or mint.
After the first serving, you will feel a surge of energy and notice how easy it is to give up store-bought sweets. After a week of regularly eating such snacks, digestion will improve, your skin will become clearer, and your cravings for sugar will noticeably decrease.
Bon appetit!
