“Donald Trump is a war criminal.” Several dozen protesters at the Capitol

According to the police, “approximately 66 people” were arrested in connection with participating in the illegal protest that took place in the oldest building of the American Congress (Cannon House Office Building).
“We are tired of war”
Those gathered held banners with slogans: “End the war with Iran!”, “We cannot afford another war”; chanted: “Donald Trump is a war criminal.”
“The veterans and military family members here today represent three generations of American wars, from Vietnam to the Persian Gulf and the global war on terrorism, including the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan,” one protester said before his arrest.
— We are here because we are tired of the war. We are fed up with war, and our political leaders (want to) lead the fourth generation to war. We say: don't fight these wars, he added.
According to an Ipsos survey conducted in the first half of April, only 24 percent Americans believe that the decision to go to war against Iran was worth it, considering the costs and benefits of the conflict. 51 percent is of the opinion that the surgery was not worth it, and 22 percent has no opinion on this matter.
