Claudiu Manda announces when the next PSD move will take place – the withdrawal of ministers from the Government

The general secretary of the PSD, Claudiu Manda, declared on Tuesday that the “second step” for the PSD is the withdrawal of the ministers from the Government, if Ilie Bolojan does not resign from the position of prime minister within three days.
“We have decided that we can no longer collaborate with Mr. Bolojan as prime minister. We are waiting for the three days to see his lordship's decision, he can understand that as long as you were invested in the position of prime minister with 45% of the votes from our side, no longer having this support, it is correct to come and say – thank you for your collaboration, that's all I could do, good or bad. If he wants to continue in this adventure, already, in this position of prime minister, only then are we talking about a political crisis,” said Manda to Digi24, quoted by Agerpres.
Manda declared that if Bolojan does not leave the position of prime minister, and the consultations to be initiated by President Nicusor Dan do not yield results, on Thursday, all PSD ministers will resign from the Government.
“In two or three days, if Mr. Bolojan does not act, there will be no consultations in Cotroceni. If the consultations in Cotroceni do not have a result in such a way that all the pro-European forces are still seated at the table, respecting the points of view of each of them, step 2 follows, namely PSD to prove in fact that it is no longer in government. And the administrative gesture is for the PSD ministers to withdraw from the Government. Thursday,” said Manda.
He added that Sorin Grindeanu is also ready to resign from the presidency of the Chamber of Deputies.
“Sorin Grindeanu said that he does not have any kind of emotion, he can withdraw from this position at any time. It is not about the Chamber of Deputies, because that is a decision-making forum, things worked there”, he said.
