41-year-old Oksana Knyazeva, deputy head of the investigation department, was drinking in the company of friends. The alcohol ran out, the drunk woman got behind the wheel and drove to the store to replenish her supply of alcohol.
Along the way, Oksana hit a cyclist and dragged him along the asphalt for several meters. The man died. Eyewitnesses claim that the woman wanted to leave the scene of the accident, but one of the witnesses to the accident took the keys out of the ignition. A criminal case has been opened.
