This is how many Poles use AI on a regular basis

From the latest edition of the study “How is AI changing the everyday life of Poles? Artificial intelligence at work and in personal life in 2026” shows that almost half of working Poles use artificial intelligence at least once a week or every day.
17 percent respondents declare that although they have tried LLM models, they do not use them regularly. The percentage of professionally active people who have never used AI is currently 19%, while in the previous edition it was as much as 35%. – also say Future Mind experts.
“The increase in the regularity of use is primarily due to the practical value of GenAI. Among people using these tools at work, the most frequently indicated goals are improving the quality of work and expanding knowledge or way of thinking – 40 percent of responses each, as well as increasing productivity (37 percent). Importantly, AI increasingly supports not only the pace of task completion, but also the development of competences and independence of employees – 31 percent of users declare that they use it to reduce the need to ask others for help, and one a fifth (20%) use it as a tool to build their competitiveness on the labor market,” the authors of the study also say.
It is also clear that AI is most deeply rooted in organizations with larger scale of operations. The greatest increase in the daily use of GenAI was recorded in large companies, where it already reaches 18%. The presence of AI in technological environments is also particularly strong – in the IT and telecommunications industry, daily use reaches 40 percent.
“We can clearly see that generative AI is no longer an addition or an experiment for many companies. It is increasingly becoming a normal element of the work environment – a tool that helps analyze information faster, better organize tasks and improve the quality of results. The most important thing, however, is that not only the scale of use is growing, but also the maturity of the way of using these solutions is growing,” says Michał Urbański, Head of Software Engineering, AI Adoption Lead at Future Mind, a Solita company.
Is AI dangerous? Here's what Poles say
In the latest measurement, similarly to the previous edition, half of working Poles assess the impact of AI on companies and organizations very or rather positively. Feelings have changed for the negative ones. A year ago, 22% were rather or very negative, and now this percentage has dropped by 5 percentage points. up to 17 percent This means that business is still an area dominated by hopes related to the development and implementation of artificial intelligence.

At the individual level, the mood is clearly more balanced today than a year ago. Currently 35 percent respondents assess the impact of artificial intelligence on the lives of individual people positively, and 30 percent negatively. In the previous edition, Poles were evenly divided – 33 percent. declared that AI will have a positive impact on their lives, and the same percentage were afraid of its negative consequences, such as automation of their workplace, violation of privacy or use of identity, or deepening disinformation and manipulation (e.g. deepfake).
At the same time, some of the concerns remain very specific. Today, the most frequently indicated negative effect of the development of artificial intelligence is the risk of disinformation and manipulation, which is highlighted by 41%. respondents. In turn, 38 percent are afraid of privacy violations or identity abuse, and 37 percent indicates the dehumanization of interpersonal relationships, we read in the study.
