Stefano Gabbana leaves corporate functions

Possible sale of shares and talks with creditors
Stefano Gabbana is considering alternative scenarios for his approximately 40 percent stake in the company. This coincides with Dolce & Gabbana preparing for the next round of debt talks with creditors.
According to previous media reports, the company's financial situation prompts it to review its capital structure, which makes changes in the management board an element of a broader strategy of stabilization and long-term development.
Dolce & Gabbana. An icon of Italian luxury
Founded in 1985, Dolce & Gabbana quickly became one of the most recognizable fashion houses in the world. Its aesthetics, strongly inspired by Mediterranean culture, played a key role in building the brand's global identity.
