Ratiu, wall in front of Răzvan Marin. Rayo crushed AEK with a no-show score and start favorites in the Conference return

Thursday evening saw the debut of the quarter-final matches in Europe and the Conference League, and one of the games with Romanian interest was the duel between Rayo and AEK, where Andrei Rațiu and Răzvan Marin were face to face.

The Spaniards controlled the game and won clearly, 3-0, starting with an important chance of qualification ahead of the return scheduled in a week's time.

Andrei Rațiu was the starter and took the match to the end, in an evening in which his team also dominated the table. The goals came through Akhomach and López in the first half and Palazón set up the final score from the penalty on the last.
