A 28 -year -old was detected on Saturday evening at the wheel of the car under the influence of police alcohol in Maramureș county, twice, within several hours.

On Saturday, April 26, around 8:30 pm, police officers of Şomcuta Mare, from Maramureș county, stopped for control a car, on DN1C. It was tested with the ethyl tester, resulting in a concentration of 1.48 mg/l pure alcohol in the expired air.
The one in question was taken to the hospital for the collection of biological blood samples in order to establish the alcohol, according to the County Police Inspectorate (IPJ) Maramureș.
Three hours later the policemen again found the car in traffic, on DN1C, in the town of Valea Chioar, reports Mediafax. And the same young man was identified at the wheel.
“At the wheel was identified the same 28 -year -old. This time the young man could not present the driving license, as he was suspended, and the testing with the ethyl tester indicated a concentration of 1.38 mg/l pure alcohol in the exhaled air. And this time the young man was led to a medical unit for harvesting biological samples. In this case, a criminal case has been drawn up and investigations are carried out to document the entire criminal activity and the disposition of legal measures”, Transmits IPJ Maramureș.
