“This dish will decorate the Easter table.” Delicious boiled pork recipe

Ukrainian culinary specialist of Colombian origin Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe for boiled pork on Instagram.

“Why buy baked meat if you can make it yourself? You will definitely like this recipe: boiled pork will not be dry and is ideal for slicing and other recipes!” – noted the cook.

Ingredients:

  • pork – 1 kg;
  • ketchup – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • mustard beans – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • paprika.

Ingredients for marinade:

  • water – 500 ml;
  • salt – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • garlic – three cloves;
  • bay leaf – 3 pcs.;
  • peppercorns – 1 tsp;
  • grated ginger – 1 tsp;
  • thyme – 1 tsp;
  • oregano – 1 tsp.

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Dip the meat into it until it is completely covered with liquid. Place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  2. Remove pork and pat dry with paper towel. Wrap first in parchment paper and then tightly wrap in foil.
  3. Place the boiled pork in the multi-bake oven (or oven). Bake for 60 minutes at 160°C.
  4. Mix ketchup, mustard and paprika. Carefully remove the meat, unwrap the foil and parchment. Apply the prepared sauce to the entire surface of the boiled pork.
  5. Bake the already opened meat for another 15 minutes.
