The confectionery factory in Minusinsk, owned by KDV holding, can be nationalized.
The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation filed a lawsuit in the Tverskaya District Court of Moscow, demanding to recover the state of the CVD Group shares in the income of the state. This is the largest agricultural holding, owned by billionaire Denis Shtengelov and his father Nikolai.
A manufacturer of confectionery and bakery products in the city of Minusinsk Krasnoyarsk Territory will also fall under nationalization – LLC “KDV Minusinsk”. The company works here Since 2006. In 2024, revenue amounted to 5.17 billion rubles, net profit – 300.4 million rubles.
It was found that the key source of income, due to which the financial base of the Stengelovs is formed, is the group of KDV companies. This holding operates in the market of light appetizers and confectionery. In its structure, 10 factories function in various regions of Russia (Krasnodar Territory, Voronezh, Kemerovo, Moscow, Novosibirsk and Tomsk regions, Krasnoyarsk Territory), producing over 700 products.
The Prosecutor General’s Office estimates the capitalization of KDV at 497 billion rubles, annual income – at 756 billion rubles, and a gross profit of 139 billion rubles.
In the lawsuit, the Prosecutor General’s Office indicates that the Stengelovs supplied foreign structures and armed groups, and the significant capital of the KDV was transferred into unfriendly jurisdictions. Since 2022, according to sources, more than 21 billion rubles have been transferred abroad from 2022, foreign assets and enterprises have been acquired – from the factory in Croatia and the USA to complexes in Australia.
Note that the Stengelovs left the borders of the Russian Federation more than 10 years ago, live in Australia, Ukraine and the USA.
With this in mind, the Prosecutor General’s Office asks to withdraw the property belonging to the defendants in the income of the Russian Federation, including the Factory shares – “KDV Minusinsk”. The plaintiff also asks to impose interim measures in the form of arrest of all shares and funds of all the holding companies registered in the Russian Federation.
The lawsuit was filed on behalf of the Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov, the submission and consideration of the claim will be taken for personal control of the head of the supervisory authority. The date of the first meeting has not yet been scheduled.
