Gică Hagi came again to the National Arena to pay tribute to Mircea Lucescu

Visibly pained, Gică Hagi appeared at the National Arena on the second day of Mircea Lucescu's vigil, after on Wednesday he came to pay his last respects alongside Mircea Rednic and Dorin Mateuț, former great players of Romania.

I can't believe it. It was so important to me in life. Such a sweet person who trusted me from the start. He always supported me when I needed to.

He is more than a coach who has performed at a historic level. It's a difficult time, I'm sorry, may God forgive him and rest him!

He was a parent, a teacher, I learned a lot from him. I hoped that he would have the strength to pass this very difficult exam, but unfortunately he could not.

I was a child he raised. Please… It meant a lot to me. It was like a parent, it's hard for me to talk.
