In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a hot air balloon pilot was hired to administrative liability for violating the rules for the use of airspace.
The Transport Prosecutor's Office established that in February 2026, an individual lifted a hot air balloon belonging to him near a tourist base in the city of Minusinsk in controlled class C airspace without the appropriate permits.
According to Part 2 of Art. 11.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, the pilot of the aircraft was sentenced to a fine in the amount of 30 thousand rubles.
