In Krasnoyarsk, employees of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, together with colleagues from the FSB Directorate, customs and with the force support of fighters SOBR conducted a migration raid on the territory of the railway station.
In total, 54 foreigners were tested for involvement in committing crimes according to various records.
“Four migrants were taken to the police department. Based on the results of the operational activities carried out, three administrative offenses were identified in the field of migration legislation under Art. 18.17 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Non-compliance with restrictions on the implementation of certain types of activities established in accordance with federal law in relation to foreign citizens, stateless persons and foreign organizations.” In addition, the fact of fictitious registration of a foreign citizen has been established as a criminal offense (Article 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Also, preventive work was carried out with all migrants aimed at preventing the commission of illegal actions,” the Main Directorate said.
