In the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a police officer fired at the wheels of a VAZ with a driver without a license (video)

In the Shushensky municipal district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the traffic police crew had to use their service weapon to stop a motorist who did not have a license to drive a vehicle.

The incident occurred onin person on January 23 in the village of Subbotino. Today, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told the details: the police noticed a VAZ that was swerving from side to side and demanded that the driver stop, but he did not react. Turning on the flashing lights and a special sound signal, state traffic inspectors began the pursuit.

“The officers decided to use their service weapons to stop the vehicle. The inspector warned the offender of his intention, after which he fired a warning shot in the air, but the driver continued driving. Then the policeman opened fire on the wheels of the car, as a result it received mechanical damage and stopped,” said the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

It was established that the driver was a 23-year-old resident of the village of Srednyaya Shush, the car belongs to him.

Several administrative materials were drawn up against the violator: for driving without a license and other documents (h. 1 tbsp. 12.7 and Art. 12.3 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) on an unregistered car (part 1 of article 12.1 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation), not wearing a seat belt (Art. 12.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) and disobedience to the police (part 2 of article 12.25 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation). The car was seized and placed in a special parking lot.
