The neck and décolleté often show fatigue even when the face looks fresh. Constant tension, the habit of slouching or holding the phone between your shoulder and ear lead to the skin losing its elasticity and the contour of the neck becoming blurred. But you can restore lightness without injections, rollers and expensive creams. One gentle movement is enough, which will take less than 7 minutes a day.
How to do the exercise:
- Sit up straight, shoulders down, back free.
- Place the fingertips of both hands on your collarbones.
- While exhaling longly through your mouth, slowly pull your chin up and back, as if you want to hide it in your neck. Feel a slight stretch under your jaw.
- Hold for 5 seconds, continuing to breathe shallowly.
- Gently return to the starting position while inhaling.
- Repeat 8-10 times.
Finally, do 30 seconds of light tapping with your fingertips from your earlobe to your collarbone. This stimulates lymphatic drainage and relieves swelling.
This exercise engages the deep muscles of the neck, improves posture and relieves pressure on the lymph nodes. Due to this, the décolleté area ceases to look “tired”, and the profile becomes clear.
