In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, two criminal cases were brought up to the 34-year-old mother-in-law because of the refusal to pay child support. This was reported in the GUFSSP of Russia in the region.

An unemployed resident of the Karatuz municipal district has accumulated a debt of about 800 thousand rubles. She did not pay money for the maintenance of her three children, two of whom are now living with a guardian, and one with her father. Earlier, the bailiff brought the woman to administrative responsibility, she served a sentence of 40 hours of correctional labor. However, she did not take any measures for employment after that.

When the bailiff called a large mother to receive a criminal case, the woman decided to hide. The debtor stopped answering calls, getting in touch with relatives and notify them of their plans. Later it was found on the territory of the Ermakovsky municipal district.

“The bailiff was able to establish the bailiff contacted colleagues in the OSP in the Ermakovsky municipal district, who helped to deliver the debtor to the Karatuz municipal district. Now criminal cases against the debtor are under consideration, in the coming month she will be sentenced, ”the Russian GUFSP of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory said.
