Map final results BAC 2025. The counties with the lowest promotion rate. That is at the opposite pole

The promotion rate at the BAC 2025 summer session, after resolving the appeals, is 76.5%, up 2.2% compared to the initial results. The lowest promotion rate is in Mehedinti county, while the highest promotion rate is Cluj-Napoca.
“After resolving the appeals, the success rate increased by 2.2%-from 74.3% to 76.5%-on all the promotions (78.2%-in the June-July 2024 session),” the Ministry of Education said, in a statement.
Thus, a total of 80,092 promoted candidates are registered, an increase with 2,287 candidates compared to the initial results.
Among the counties with the highest promotion rate at Baccalaureate 2025, after the completion of the appeals, are:
- Cluj-Napoca: 90.8%;
- Braila: 88.6%;
- Bacău: 88.1%;
- Galati: 88%;
- Sibiu: 87.2%
- Brașov: 86.6%;
- Bucharest: 86.7%.
The two counties with the lowest promotion rates are Mehedinti (68.5%) and Ilfov (65.9%).
This year, 39,734 constestations were made. In the similar session of 2024, 51,373 appeals were filed, and in 2023 were submitted – 54,632.
After completing the re -evaluation procedure, for 37,947 works the initial notes were modified (in addition or minus, according to the methodology). 21,803 candidates requested the visualization of the works (7.2% of the total works).
The second session of the national baccalaureate exam 2025 will take place between August 4 and 26.
