The first vehicles from the updated fleet of road equipment began operating in Krasnoyarsk.
According to Mayor Sergei Vereshchagin, six “self-propelled sweeping-vacuum machines” entered the line. They can clean the streets both in summer and winter. The equipment works like a large washing vacuum cleaner: it can hold up to two cubic meters of garbage and is equipped with a water tank. Previously, there were only 11 such cars in the city.
In total, this year the city will receive 50 units of new special equipment. The road services also received two trucks for transporting crushed stone and garbage.
The park is being renovated for the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk with the support of the regional governor.
