Trump answered question about what US aid is “already on the way” for protesters in Iran

Earlier, on January 13, Trump wrote a post in which he supported protesters in Iran, calling them “Iranian patriots.” The US President called on them to “continue to protest and take over their institutions.” “Help is on the way,” Trump added.

The media asked the politician in Detroit what he meant by this.

“You'll have to find out for yourself. Sorry,” Trump responded.

Asked about the number of protesters killed in Iran, the US president said: “Nobody has been able to give me an exact number. I have heard different numbers. […] But I have heard both significantly lower numbers and much larger ones. We'll find out. We'll probably find out within the next 24 hours.”

According to Trump, there are “many [погибших]”.
