TCC inspections, military training in universities and more: what will change in Ukraine …


▪️Academic year in schools starts on September 1, and will last until June 30, 2026. Students will study in different forms – face-to-face, remote or mixed. This will depend on the security situation;
▪️Supplements for teachers and scholarships. The monthly payment to teachers will increase to UAH 2,000. Presidential scholarships for students will also increase. And entrants with NMT scores of 185 and above will receive UAH 10,000 each;
▪️New rules for TCC employees. Since September 1, it is mandatory to wear body cameras. A recording will be made during the inspection documents and service of summonses;
▪️Basic military training at universities. Both men and women will take the course, but practice is compulsory only for men fit for service. Then students will take a military oath and receive a military accounting specialty;
▪️The program is Oselya for IDPs. From September 10, new conditions – coverage of up to 70% of the first mortgage payment, compensation of up to 70% of monthly payments in the first year and up to UAH 40,000 for payment of bank commissions and insurance payments;
▪️New ones regulations entry to Latvia for Ukrainians. Citizens of third countries at least 48 hours before entering Latvia must submit an online questionnaire at eta.gov.lv. A confirmation will be sent to your e-mail. Failure to do so may result in a fine of up to €2,000;
▪️Temporary protection for Ukrainians in Poland ceases to exist from September 30, 2025. Ukrainians who plan to stay in Poland will be able to issue a CUKR card – a document valid for 3 years, which gives the right to legally live and work in the country.
