The discounts do not apply to this fuel. We know how prices have changed

The government has introduced the “CPN” package, i.e. “lower fuel prices”. Interestingly, the reductions did not apply to gas, i.e. LPG. Meanwhile, the Polish Chamber of Liquefied Gas believes that up to 2.5-3 million drivers use this fuel.
What are the current gas rates? Compared to petrol or diesel, they are still very low. According to the latest analysis by e-petrol.pl, 1 liter currently costs approximately PLN 3.64. BM Reflex research indicates a rate of PLN 3.68 per liter.
LPG, according to the analysis of e-petrol.pl, is the only popular fuel that is becoming more expensive after the introduction of the government “CPN” package.
It can be said that the current rates are still low, but here too the prices have increased significantly recently. At the beginning of March, 1 liter of LPG cost only PLN 2.85. However, at the beginning of the year the price was below PLN 2.70.

Why were drivers of gas cars left out? “We have a crisis primarily when it comes to oil, fuels and petroleum products, not directly to LPG” — said Minister of Energy Miłosz Motyka in an interview with RMF.
“If the situation continues to develop negatively also on the LGP market, it is possible that we will also take action in this matter,” the minister added in the same conversation.
The Polish Chamber of Liquefied Gas, however, believes that the omission of this fuel from the package means “unequal treatment of users of different types of fuel.” According to the Chamber, people with lower incomes and residents of smaller towns who most often use autogas, as well as micro and small entrepreneurs, including: farmers or taxi drivers.
According to the organization, quick decisions by the government are necessary to avoid a situation in which LPG users are left out of protective measures and affected by rising fuel costs.
