“In particular, more than 3.3 million applications were submitted for children through Diyu. 13 million Ukrainians have already received payments,” the head of the Cabinet of Ministers wrote.
According to her, the funds received can be used until the end of June 2026: to pay for utilities, purchase medicines, Ukrainian-made products (except excisable ones), books, as well as for charitable contributions or postal services.
Sviridenko noted that the period for using funds on applications through Ukrposhta has been extended until the end of February 2026.
Also last week, it became possible to use funds in grocery chains.

There are no official data on the actual population in Ukraine, but, according to sociologists, about 34–35 million people remained in the country amid the war.
Thus, every second Ukrainian submitted an application for 1 thousand UAH as part of the “Winter Support”.
In addition, more than 410 thousand applications have already been submitted for payment of 6.5 thousand UAH as part of “Winter Support” for vulnerable categories of citizens, Sviridenko said.
December 17 is the last day to submit applications.
“More than 272 thousand citizens have already received payments,” the prime minister said.
