Bailiffs in the Krasnoyarsk Territory obtained compensation in favor of a woman whose daughter was injured in an accident, the department’s press service reported.

The accident occurred in Bogotol – a 24-year-old motorist hit a girl in front of a pedestrian crossing. As a result of the collision, she received serious injuries. The court found the driver guilty and ordered him to pay the victim compensation for moral damage in the amount of 300 thousand rubles.

“The culprit of the accident was in no hurry to voluntarily compensate the victim for the damage, the bailiff seized the debtor’s accounts, seized his wages, and also limited his right to travel outside the country. In total, 250 thousand rubles were written off from the man’s accounts to pay off the debt. The man paid the remaining 50 thousand on his own in order to remove the current restrictions imposed as part of the enforcement proceedings,” the department said.

Currently, enforcement proceedings are closed due to its execution.
