Sovcombank became the leader of the “People's Rating” of Banki.ru in three categories at once

On March 27, the 19th annual Banki.ru award ceremony took place in Moscow. The expert council selected the best financial and insurance companies of 2025. The winners were announced at the award ceremony.

At the end of 2025, the Sovcombank group took first place in three categories of the “People's Rating” of Banki.ru:

  • No. 1 in the People's Banking Rating;
  • No. 1 in the People's Rating of Insurance Companies;
  • No. 1 in the People's Rating of Investment Companies.

This is an important indicator for the financial market: users are increasingly choosing a bank not only based on product conditions, but also on the quality of the customer journey. The convenience of digital services, speed of support, clear processes and overall quality of interaction are becoming no less significant than the classic parameters of the product, Sovcombank notes.

Winning in three categories at once shows that customer experience within the group is perceived by users as a strength in several directions at once – banking, insurance and investment.

“We are grateful to our clients for their trust, high ratings and feedback. Victory in three categories of the “People's Rating” of Banki.ru confirms that the development of service, products and customer experience is really important for people. For us, this is both recognition of the team’s work and an incentive to continue improving the customer journey in all key areas,” said Ilya Radaev, head of the customer experience department at Sovcombank.
