Who does Petrișor Peiu blame for the increase in the euro rate

Petrișor Peiu declared, at “Interviurile Adevărul”, that the political crisis does not influence the euro exchange rate, which has reached 5.2 lei in recent days. He blames banks and investment funds for speculating on such a political moment. “I don't see how we could influence the exchange rate. First of all, there are always, when such moments in politics happen, some banks and investment funds that speculate.”
