For six months of 2025, the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station produced and delivered to consumers 8 billion 409.4 million kWh of electricity.
In June, the station worked in the navigation mode on the Angara River, completing the tasks of the combined dispatch control and the Yenisei basin water department (Rosvodresurs, then ENBVU), and produced 1 billion 385.5 million kWh. Since the launch of the first units in October 2012 to July 1, 2025, the development of the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station exceeded 187 billion 544.3 million kW.
In mid -June 2025, it turned 10 years since the filling of the Boguchansky reservoir to a design mark of 208 m above the level of the Baltic Sea. After that, the station gradually reached the design capacity and over the past years set a series of production records.
In 2024, the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station produced 20 billion 368.2 million kWh of electricity, which is 15.7 % higher than annual design performance.
Since July 5, 2025, in accordance with the order of ENBVU, the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station worked with average daily costs of 3000-3300 cubic meters of water per second, earlier on May 31, the regime of 2900-3300 cubic meters per second was in force. The expenses were established taking into account the hydrological situation on Lake Baikal, the Angara and Yenisei rivers, and allow all stations of the Angarsk cascade to accumulate hydraulic resources to the upcoming heating season of 2025-2026.
The staff of the station continues the maintenance of structures and equipment, planned overhaul of hydraulic unit No. 5 is underway.
In the first half of 2025, Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station JSC paid more than 7 billion 723.6 million rubles to the budgets of all levels, which is 724 million more than in the same period of 2024. 4 billion 774.9 million rubles were transferred to the budget of the Russian Federation, the increase amounted to 815.4 million rubles.
The Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station paid regional taxes for 2 billion 940.4 million rubles to the budget of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. 8.3 million rubles were transferred to the local budget, and 145.6 million rubles were transferred to extrabudgetary funds.
