In Krasnoyarsk, investigators began an investigation after reports of poisoning in a cafe.
A post appeared on the Kras Mash telegram channel that several people were poisoned after eating at the Royal Grill cafe. According to the online resource, after lunch at an establishment on Poltavskaya Street, a woman and her child felt unwell and were forced to seek medical help, eventually being hospitalized. Upon discharge, the victims were diagnosed with salmonellosis.
Later, the Krasnoyarsk woman came to read reviews about Royal Grill on 2GIS and saw more than a dozen negative comments. Many said that they were poisoned by shawarma or kebab. One of the victims even decided to file a collective pre-trial claim.
Law enforcement officers drew attention to the situation. The Sledkom decided to check the cafe for the provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of consumers (Part 1 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
Now law enforcement officers are looking for the victims and establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
