36-year-old resident of Krasnoyarsk is suspected of attempting to sell cocaine on a particularly large amount. The man was detained by the police in the Oktyabrsky district and found two bookmarks with drugs prepared for further sales.
It was established that for the purpose of conspiracy, the attacker rented an apartment where he kept prohibited substances.
“Three more packages with cocaine were found there, as well as electronic scales and packaging material for packing bookmarks. The examination found that the total mass of the seized substance was about 300 grams. Law enforcement officers found out that the attacker, working in one of the stores of the Internet segment of the Internet, posted drugs in caches in the Oktyabrsky district of Krasnoyarsk, ”the police said.
In relation to the detainee, a criminal case was opened under Part 3 of Art. 30, part 5 of Art. 228.1 of the Russian Federation “Preparation for illegal sales of narcotic drugs on an especially large scale”, the sanctions of which implies the maximum punishment up to 15 years in prison. During the investigation, the defendant was chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention.
