He doesn't appear in public. The leader of Iran was supposed to deliver a new message

According to the Iranian Tasnim agency, cited by the BBC, the message attributed to Khamenei was transmitted to the Iraqi side by the Iranian ambassador in Baghdad.
Since Mojtaba Khamenei took office in early March, several written messages attributed to him have been published. What is puzzling, however, is that he has not yet appeared in public.
Iran's previous supreme leader Ali Khamenei, Mojtaba's father, was killed on February 28 on the first day of US-Israeli attacks on Iran, but has not yet been buried.
Doubts about the health of the Iranian leader
US President Donald Trump claims that Mojtaba Khamenei “is dead or in very bad condition because no one has heard of him.” Iran's ambassador to the UN in Geneva says Khamenei's absence from public life is due to “security reasons.” Israel announced an attack on Khamenei both before and after he took the highest position in Iran.
The US State Department has offered a reward of $1 million for each of 10 high-ranking Iranian officials, including the new supreme leader, the BBC reminds.
