VIDEO What the mayor of Bistrita saw at five in the morning on a street: “What if there was a child there?”

The mayor of Bistrita, Gabriel Lazany, posted on his Facebook account a video of a car dragging a very long tree trunk on the roadway on Saturday morning.

The mayor said that at 05:30 in the morning he “witnessed a scene that defies any trace of responsibility: a car dragging a 16-meter-long tree trunk on the public road.”

“A huge danger to anyone who could have been on the sidewalk or nearby at that time. If there was a child there? If there was someone on their way to work?,” Lazany said, adding that he immediately called for the intervention of police crews.

“There are no excuses or tolerance for such gestures! Bistrita is not a place where everyone does what they want, endangering the lives of others!”, he also wrote on Facebook, where he also posted a clip of the car pulling the tree after it.
