Specialists came with an unscheduled check for the manufacturer of milk in the Sayansky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. They spoke about the results in the regional Rosselkhoznadzor.
So, in a production room for smoking cheese found garbage, empty cans, buckets, clothes, and the walls and floors were dirty. In addition, the enterprise used milk for production unknown origin – it is indicated in the control log, but not recorded in the databases of the department.
Experts also sent local products to the laboratory. The study of granular cottage cheese with a fat content of 5 % actually established a mass fraction of fat at 0 %. In the butter of the “peasant” of the highest grade 72.5 %, plant fats (Betta-Sitosterin) were found.
After checking, certificates for 960 kg of oil and 435 kg of cottage cheese were canceled. The legal entity was issued a order to eliminate violations.
