The car came under fire at 05:10 between the villages of Novaya Aleksandrovka and Chervonaya Khvilya. At this moment, a medical team was transporting the wounded.
As a result of the attack, doctors Dmitry Kolesnik and Oleg Zhuravlev were killed. Paramedic Alexander Dudulad is wounded.
The Center noted that in February the brigade had already come under fire, but then the people were able to escape.

Context
That the occupation forces are stepping up attacks in the Kupyansk direction, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in October 2024. Later in Kupyansk and some other communities it was announced mandatory evacuation civilian population.
On October 6, 2025, Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Valery Gerasimov reported to Putin about the alleged encirclement Ukrainian troops near Kupyansk. This has been denied more than once in Ukraine. Later, the “capture” of Kupyansk was announced several times in Moscow.
