England coach Thomas Tuchel (52) is not considering calling up Manchester United players for the 2026 World Cup.
The selector does not trust Ruben Amorim's (40-year-old) training methods, so he will avoid selecting any Red Devils player, claims The Sun.

After a perfect preliminary campaign on the way to the World Cup, with 8 wins from as many matches, and 22 goals scored and none conceded, Thomas Tuchel is preparing for the final tournament in the United States of America, Mexico and Canada.
According to the British press, the German coach will avoid calling up any Manchester United player because he does not trust the adopted style and training method of Ruben Amorim, the “devils” technician.
Thomas Tuchel assisted at “Old Trafford” at the failure suffered by Manchester United against Everton, score 0-1, although the “candies” performed in numerical inferiority since the 13th minute. At the end of the match, the selector went down to the tunnel of the stadium, where he talked with Mason Mount and Luke Shaw, two former English internationals.
The manager has a particularly close relationship with Mount, as the pair worked together at Chelsea, winning the 2021 Champions League after beating Manchester City 1-0 in the final.
The midfielder himself has had a rather inconsistent form since his arrival at Manchester United and suffered a number of injuries, but in recent weeks he has shown a noticeable increase in his form and has scored a few goals.
Luke Shaw also plays regularly, albeit in an unusual position as part of a three-man defense rather than his preferred left-back spot.
The other two Englishmen in Manchester United's squad are Harry Maguire and Kobbie Mainoo. Maguire is currently injured and is not a regular starter for Amorim, while young midfielder Mainoo does not feature in the Portuguese coach's plans, being sometimes only left on the bench.
