The Polish President vetoed the EU defense plan, Tusk reflected: "Is this treason or lack of common sense"


Polish President Karol Nawrocki vetoed a law that would allow the country to access €43.7 billion in European Union defense loans under the Security Action for Europe (SAFE) program, but Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk promised to find a way around the ban. The Washington Post reported this on March 13.
