The effect of large acquisitions
Analysts indicate that Orlen's growing importance was largely influenced by previous acquisitions of other energy companies. In recent years, the company has included, among others, in its structure: Grupa Lotos, PGNiG and Energa.

Experts emphasize that the integration of these companies brought synergy effects and stable operating flows, which positively affects the assessment of the company by investors.
