Mint mixture 1:1 on the heels – soft as silk: cool freshness and no “sweating”

The warm season is approaching, which means it's time to pay attention to your feet. Over the whole winter, wearing rough boots, the heels have become “trampled” and become rough. But, fortunately, there is a great home recipe that will help you quickly get your feet in order. The author of the Zen blog “Health and Beauty” (18+) spoke about it.

How to prepare a foot mask:

To do this, mix a teaspoon of toothpaste, glycerin and almond oil in a clean bowl.

Important: Be sure to wash your feet thoroughly before applying. If the skin on your heels is very rough, first soak them in warm water with salt for about ten minutes – the bath will soften the skin and enhance the effect of the mask.

After this, dry your feet with a towel and spread the mixture generously onto the roughest areas. For the best effect, wrap your feet in cling film or put on bags and socks on top.

Leave the mask on for 30-60 minutes, then rinse off any remaining residue with warm water and gently pat your feet dry. After the mask, the skin will soften and you can additionally “walk” with pumice. Finish with a thick, deeply nourishing cream.

After the first procedure, the skin will become noticeably softer and more well-groomed. And if you do such a mask in a course, then by summer your legs will look like they did after a salon.
