A contractor has been identified to develop technical documentation for the creation of a modern visitor center on the Krasnoyarsk Central Embankment, the mayor’s office reported.

Based on the results of competitive procedures, the contract was concluded with Innovation LLC, the contract cost was 3,080,950 rubles. Let us remember that the initial price was 5 million rubles.

A city tourist information center for guests and residents of the regional capital is planned to be built for the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk in the area of ​​the cable-stayed bridge, in the area from non-residential building No. 1 on Mira Square to the Kacha River. The building area will be more than 300 square meters. m. It assumes post a guest area for meeting and advising tourists with an interactive map of Krasnoyarsk, a photo zone and rental of videos, locations for children, places for master classes and lectures, as well as a library.

“The work will take place in two stages. First, the designers will present a sketch of the future structure and coordinate it with the architecture department. Then specialists will have to conduct engineering surveys and develop a complete package of technical documentation. It will include detailed technical specifications for the supply and installation of the building, architectural and planning solutions, a scheme for organizing the land plot, as well as estimate documentation made in accordance with current standards,” the administration said. — The finished documentation must be agreed upon with specialists from Krasgorpark and the city Tourist Information Center, as well as with resource supply organizations. The period for completing all work under the contract is three months from the date of its signing.”
