Ingredients

  • water – 2 l;
  • lemon – 1 pc.;
  • cucumber – 1 pc.;
  • ginger root – 10 g;
  • Mint (leaves) – 10 g.

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the lemon and cucumber rings.
  2. Grate ginger on a fine grater.
  3. Rinse the mint and disconnect the leaves from the stems.
  4. Place the rings of lemon and cucumber, mint leaves and grated ginger in a jug.
  5. Pour all the ingredients with water and take into the refrigerator for 6 hours.
  6. If desired, after insisting, strain the water through a sieve.
