Rospotrebnadzor specialists made an unscheduled inspection of the eXpertno perfume and cosmetics store, located in Krasnoyarsk on Karaulnaya Street, and identified violations there.
The reason for the inspection visit was a signal from the “Honest Sign” labeling system – an indicator of the risk of violation of mandatory requirements.
“During an inspection in the sales area, they found perfume products marked with the BEA'S trademark in violation of safety requirements, namely: there was no information in Russian about the name and location of the organization authorized by the manufacturer to accept claims from consumers, as well as about the country of origin of perfume and cosmetic products,” the Department said.
Based on the results of the inspection, 114 units of perfume of various sizes for a total amount of over 155 thousand rubles were removed from sale, and individual entrepreneur E.V. brought to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine in the amount of 20,000 rubles. The resolution came into force.
