The publication's interlocutor said that the President of the European Council, Antonio Costa, had a conversation with the Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orban, to whom he made it clear that he must adhere to the decision of the European leaders made in December, in which he also took part.

“An agreement on a loan for Ukraine has been reached, and there are no plans to revise it,” the source said. He assured that the sharp rise in fuel prices due to the war in Iran is a concern, but not on such a scale as in 2022.
