A resident of Nazarov reported the theft of things she had hidden in order to get rid of noisy neighbors

A resident of Nazarov wanted to get rid of her noisy neighbors and reported to the police that they allegedly stole things from her. Criminal case about knowingly false denunciation with the creation of evidence was transferred to the court, the press service reports.

According to investigators, the woman was annoyed that her roommates were constantly drinking, making noise and behaving aggressively. She decided to bring them to justice and staged a theft on December 7, 2025.

The woman took her things – a MYSTERY LCD TV, a digital watch and groceries – and hid them in a neighboring house. The next day she went to the police and reported the theft, the damage was estimated at 9,436 rubles.

Later, speaking as a victim, she directly pointed to the neighbors as possible thieves. However, an audit showed that there was no crime. The criminal case initiated based on her application was canceled.

Now the applicant herself is accused under Part 3 of Article 306 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – knowingly false denunciation of a serious crime with the artificial creation of evidence.

The court hearing at which the criminal case against the applicant will be considered has already appointed.
