A visiting meeting of the Committee on Rural Affairs and Agro-Industrial Policy of the Legislative Assembly was held in the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

In the village of Bystraya, Minusinsk Municipal District, deputies looked at the construction of a new school for 275 places. Construction began in 2025 with the active assistance of deputy Vladislav Zyryanov. Now the work is at the zero cycle stage (preparing the foundation). The facility must be completed by September 1, 2027. The situation is under control.

In the village of Lugavskoe, parliamentarians inspected the Boulevard “Inspiration”, a sports complex and a park with a children’s playground. “When we invest in improvement, we see a real effect: the locality changes for the better. This year, the Minusinsk Municipal District managed to attract an unprecedented amount – almost half a billion rubles. For the first time in history, all 13 territorial divisions took part in the program to support local initiatives and won,” explained the head of the Minusinsk municipal district, Dmitry Merkulov.

Chairman of the Committee on Rural Affairs and Agro-Industrial Policy of the Legislative Assembly, Vladislav Zyryanov, emphasized that the improvement of rural areas is a strategic priority of the regional government. It is important that these are not isolated “bright flashes”, but systematic work that is understandable to the villagers. High-quality improvement of villages should become a standard for the entire Krasnoyarsk Territory.

“One of the main problems of the village and agro-industrial complex is the shortage of personnel. Rural youth are leaving for cities for a better life. But today in the Minusinsk District we have seen several striking examples where relatively small investments – about 50 million rubles – make it possible to begin creating a comfortable environment in Siberian villages. This year, about 40 million rubles will be allocated for improvement in the district. If the guys see: in their small homeland there is decent work, the city is nearby, there is an outpatient clinic, a school, a wonderful House of Culture, then they ask themselves the question: why leave? And many young people will choose a different life trajectory,” Vladislav Zyryanov is sure.
