“By blocking the transit of oil to Hungary through the Druzhba pipeline, Ukraine is violating the Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine, failing to fulfill its obligations to the EU. We will not succumb to this blackmail,” the Foreign Minister wrote.

Earlier, members of the European Parliament voted for three pieces of legislation that would provide Ukraine with an EU loan of €90 billion for 2026–2027, but for their implementation the European Commission needs final approval from the EU Council, the article says.
