Senator Graham called on Congress to evaluate the “peace plan” for Ukraine

He stated that the proposed option provides a chance to end the war with dignity and justice for Ukraine.

“Congress should also have the ability to review any plan that includes future security assurances, just as we have the right to review any nuclear agreement with Iran,” Graham wrote.

The senator stressed that lasting peace in Ukraine must ensure that Russia cannot carry out another invasion, and only a review of the plan by Congress will achieve this goal.
