France is struggling with constant rainfall. A record was broken because it has been raining continuously for 35 days. The situation in the north and south of the country is becoming alarming. Rivers burst their banks and four departments were on the highest flood alert level. Meteorologists warn that the most difficult weather situation will be on Thursday.
