“When questioned as a suspect, Adam A. did not admit to committing the act he was accused of and provided explanations, the content of which we do not disclose,” said Beata Syk-Jankowska, spokeswoman for the Lublin Regional Prosecutor's Office, in a press release.

According to the prosecutor's office Andruszkiewicz, being the leader of the All-Polish Youth, managed the forging by other people of the lists of support for candidates submitted by the National Movement Electoral Committee in the electoral district No. 3 in the elections to the Podlaskie Voivodeship Assembly“unlawfully processing personal data of persons listed on support lists.” In this way – according to the prosecutor's office – he committed abuse in preparing lists with signatures of candidates in the local elections that took place on November 16, 2014.

The crimes allegedly occurred between September 1 and October 6, 2014, in Białystok.

In an entry on the X website after his visit to the prosecutor's office, Andruszkiewicz wrote that these were “false theses.” “12 years of detailed investigation, several dozen graphological opinions and, despite media slander, there are no allegations of forging signatures. I told you so!” – he wrote. In his opinion, “for political purposes it was decided that there must be some kind of accusation” and that is why he was accused of allegedly “ordering it to be done.”

“Well, I didn't order anyone to do anything, and this accusation is a made-up fairy tale used today as a political cudgel. I will refute this false thesis, just like the one that I allegedly personally forged signatures,” wrote the deputy head of the KPRP. (PAP)
