I prepare dinner from chicken fillet in 15 minutes and sleep peacefully – light, tasty and without heaviness until the morning

One of the easiest and at the same time satisfying dinners for those who are watching their figure and don’t want to go to bed with a feeling of heaviness in their stomach is baked chicken fillet with vegetables. It cooks quickly, contains easily digestible protein and fiber, and children eat it with pleasure, especially if served with their favorite sauce or in the form of chicken fingers.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet – 300 g
Zucchini or zucchini – 1 pc.
Cherry tomatoes – 6–8 pcs.
Garlic – 1 clove
Olive oil – 1 tbsp. spoon
Paprika, salt, black pepper – to taste
Fresh herbs – for serving

Preparation:

  • Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces or strips.
  • Cut the zucchini into slices and the tomatoes in half.
  • In a bowl, combine chicken with minced garlic, spices and olive oil.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Place everything on a baking sheet in one layer.
  • Bake in the oven at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until the chicken is white inside and the vegetables are tender.
  • Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.

Such a dinner is digested in 2–3 hours, does not cause bloating and does not interfere with deep sleep. It gives you a feeling of slight satiety, preserves muscles and does not add extra calories. Ideal for the evening, especially if you drink herbal tea or still water.

Bon appetit!
