Purchase procedure announced by FRF:

Romania must beat Turkey in the semi-final of the play-off to still hope for a qualification to the final tournament in the summer of 2026. If the “tricolors” pass Turkey, the Romanian national team will play the final of the play-off with the winner of the duel Slovakia – Kosovo.

The groups for the World Championship have already been drawn. If it manages to reach the final tournament, Romania will play in groups over the USA, Paraguay and Australia.
